Anger Management

Interactive and study based sessions

The Anger Management course offers an interactive and study based sessions which is run at a pace to maintain a healthy level of interest.

We use the Co-Active model of Coaching. We ask questions which invite the client to investigate subjects which are essential for them to achieve their own ideals, values and objectives.

Our aim is to enable the client to gain a greater understanding of themselves and of others and what we all have in common on a core value level. Many people would call this empathy, which increases tolerance.

Life Coaching

Life Coaching

The purpose of our Life Coaching course (not counselling) is to enable you to gain a greater understanding of yourself, of others and what we all commonly value

This course is also just as much about dealing with other people's aggressive behaviour. How do you react to shop staff, authority figures, partners, parents and siblings? Do you find you keep having the same problems but with different people?

Instead of judging yourself or others, try asking some questions - Do you:

  • feel confused as to why this keeps happening?
  • feel you have ever lost a relationship because of anger?
  • regret the consequences of your anger?
  • feel you have no support because of your anger?
  • fly into a rage more than once every few weeks?

Further information about the anger management course at Trinity

Often when people are not comfortable with their own behaviour they need to justify it to themselves. Have you ever had to justify your actions to someone else or yourself?

Have you every used these justifications:

  • Yes I am angry but I’m not violent
  • They started it
  • I treat people the way I am treated
  • What are they complaining about? I know someone else who’s worse?
  • Anyone would have been angry if that had happened to them?

We can add to this list – can you?
