What are you looking for in a job? Deciding what you want to do is often the biggest challenge and it can be easier working out what you don't want to do, rather than what you do want to do

You may find that jobs which allow you to help people are most important to you but that you're not really bothered about having a routine.

Or you might decide that it's the salary and a clear routine that is more important.

Understanding your values will help you to find work environments that encompass these values.

These factors may also change as you get older and your career path develops.
